Gao He graduated with a BSc degree (1st Hons) from National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2009. She is now in a joint PhD programme between Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, NUS, and Department of Medical Epidemiology and Biostatistics, Karolinska Institutet. Her research area is genetic and molecular epidemiology with a focus on the biomarker adiponectin and its relationship with insulin resistance.
