Sara Hägg

Sara conducted her PhD project in the Computational Medicine group at the Department of Medicine, Karolinska Institutet and at the Department of Physics, Chemistry and Biology, Linköping University. In 2009, she defended her thesis entitled "Gene Expression Profiling of Human Atherosclerois". In 2011 Sara started her post-doc working with projects within ENGAGE, as well as various projects within cardiovascular genetics. In 2013 Sara will continue her post-doc jointly at Uppsala University and Karolinska Institutet focusing on vascular aging using genetic and different omics applications.
